Who knows? But this whole scenario can be avoided if you do one of two things. Your first option is to learn how to clear it and the information is available. Or you can do what government agencies and most businesses do and that is to remove and pulverize the computer hard drive.

In the end your safest bet is to simply open up your computer, unscrew the one or two screws that are holding it in, disconnect the IDE cable and just pull it out. Your last and final step is to pulverize it with a hammer, until it’s in multiple pieces.
